Breakfast at Tiffany’s Engagement Party

P. threw her soon-to-be daughter-in-law a delightful “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” engagement brunch for a few gals in her life with incredible attention to detail- right down to Holly Golightly long cigarettes and pearls!  Flowers were simple, classic and elegant white roses.  Each guest received a pair of Audrey Hepbrun/Holly Golightly sunglasses and signature Breakfast at Tiffany’s tiara.  P. set up a cute photo booth with accessories from the film, and a delicious mimosa bar!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day

P. is first generation Irish on her mother’s side so St. Patrick’s Day is a big deal.  P. had the whole family over for a traditional Irish meal and created this multidimensional centerpiece that incorporated orange astromara, moss, peat covered rocks and 2 pots of clovers to represent shamrocks and the thousands of shades of green that the beautiful emerald isle contains (and a mischievous leprechaun and his pot of gold for a little added fun!).

Adding to the tablescape are P.’s antique store candelabra finds- which were covered in years of wax, dust and grime but transformed into a sparkling delight with a little elbow grease!

Candy Corn Creative!

P. recently hosted old colleagues and dear friends for an autumnal dinner party and decided on a cute, quirky and seasonal theme- candy corn! She had some fun using the trio of orange, yellow and white in her candelabra’s, napkins and plates as well as created this cute centerpiece with ghost Peeps and a trio of yellow daisy’s, orange spray roses, and white carnations.
